About Kohar

I am a freelance designer and consultant based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I enjoy the challenge of liberating a design through intelligently informed colors, innovative materials, and new technology — my CMF consultancy is an expression of that passion.

As an adjunct professor at San Jose State University, I teach design and CMF curriculum through a materials and manufacturing and design foundation course; informing and inspiring the next generation of industrial designers. I am the co-recipient of a grant to establish the only publicly accessible CMF library in Silicon Valley slated to open in Spring 2017 at the Martin Luther King Library in San Jose, CA.
